Cashtal View


Situated at the front of the house, Cashtal View is the largest room of the three. The room commands an outstandingly beautiful view of the Bay and the historic Peel Castle. On a clear night, one can relax while watching the gorgeous sunset from the room’s twin windows as the sun sinks behind the Castle. On exceptionally clear evenings you can enjoy breathtakingly panoramic views of both Ireland and Scotland. On nights such as these, looking beyond the Castle will reveal the spectacular Mountains of Mourne that are nestled on the north-east coast of Northern Ireland. By looking out to the right you can spot the Mull of Galloway, a Scottish peninsula situated some 25 miles North of the Island. Even in poor weather, the dramatic sight of the waves pounding against the Castle is an enchanting and captivating spectacle in its own right.

Tastefully decorated in keeping with the style of the Victorian period, this bright and airy room gets plenty of sun and offers modern en-suite facilities including shower, WC and a wash basin. Built into the far wall there are cupboards that run the width of the room that ensure you will have more than adequate space for your belongings, ideal for an extended stay. You can lie back and relax on the vintage chaise lounge while reading a book or watching the television (equipped with Freeview & built-in DVD player), browse the internet using the in-house Wi-Fi, or simply make yourself a hot drink and watch the world (and the fishing boats) go by.

Sy Vean


Situated in the middle of the house, the Sy Vean room benefits from the morning sun and has been completely renovated from top to toe by the owner himself. A cosy, bright and very comfortable room. Featuring its own traditionally styled en-suite with walk in shower, WC and hand wash basin.
The bedroom also has a built-in wardrobe, TV & DVD player, easy chairs and tea/coffee making facilities.
This Sy Vean room is equipped to ensure a peaceful and restful stay.

Garey Cooyl


Aalin View’s second largest room, Garey Cooyl, is situated at the back of the house and overlooks the back garden. This quiet and peaceful room offers views of the sunrise from the east of the Island, the perfect start to the day for the early riser.

Equipped with tea and coffee making facilities, in-house WiFi and Freeview TV with built-in DVD player, the room also has a work surface that runs the length of the near wall which would be ideal for a visiting businessperson who wishes to combine work and leisure during their stay.

The room also boasts Aalin View’s largest en-suite facility with a walk-in shower, WC and wash basin. You can relax and unwind fully in the deep and luxurious Victorian roll top bath. An extravagance exclusively available only to in Garey Cooyl room. Also exclusive to this room is a wash basin/vanity area.
